RANGE ROVER SPORT
The Range Rover Sport is a luxury midsize SUV that comfortably competes against other top luxury brands such as BMW, Volvo, and Mercedes-Benz. It is a slightly smaller, and cheaper, version of the regular Range Rover, and offers similar luxury, quality, and style across the entire vehicle. There are a range of engine options from which to choose to go along with the standard all-wheel drive (AWD). RANGE ROVER SPORT MODEL CONFIGURATIONS
The Range Rover Sport comes in six model configurations: SE, HSE, HST, Supercharged Dynamic, Autobiography Dynamic, and SVR. Starting at $81,800, the SE is the base model Sport and comes standard with several luxury and high-tech features for that price. Premium LED lighting, 19-inch wheels, rear-view camera, and power-fold, heated door mirrors are all standard. The Sport’s seats are all heated grained leather, featuring 14-way powered adjustment and 4-way power lumbar adjustment for both the driver and passenger.
The infotainment system is the standard Touch Pro Duo 10-inch high-definition dual touchscreens that allow drivers to view information while interacting with additional features, such as the climate-control system, heated seats, and other vehicle settings.
RANGE ROVER SPORT PERFORMANCE
The lower models of the Range Rover Sport have two available engine options. The 3.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine offers 254 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds. The 3.0-litre turbocharged I6 gas MHEV engine provides 355 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hr in 6.6 seconds.
There is also a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 gas engine for high trim configurations that offers an astounding 575 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. It has a lot of power to it, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.
